Jackie Chan movies are always entertaining and fun to watch as most of his films are humor and thrilling stunts and Jackie Chan always has a very upbeat personality along with him executing some action packed stunts.
To a certain extent this film faced the same issue,however this Chinese movie’s quality was reduced significantly by the extremely poor acting by the junior cast and the terrible translation from Chinese to English.
The story of Panda Plan is basic but entertaining. Jackie Chan, playing himself, Jackie goes to the zoo and decides to adopt a panda, he gladly adopts it but suddenly bounty hunters come inside the zoo, who want to kidnap all the animals.
The bad guys want to steal the newborn baby panda, believing it is worth a hundred million. It’s up to Jackie Chan to stop them before it’s too late.
The music is mostly bad and is that kind of “comedy” style music I don’t like. It’s like it’s saying, “this is the funny thing of the movie… isn’t it??” WRONG!
I will definitely recommend that you try this movie once with your children because it is made especially for children because inside it you will get funny action scenes, comedy and the panda is very cute but sometimes it looks fake. All in all it’s worth watching just once, but only for Jackie Chan. My rating for this film is 6/10.
